Ellie Paget is the co-owner and managing partner of BeaconHaus Vacation Rentals, where she leads operations, owner experience, and day-to-day execution across the portfolio. With more than a decade of hands-on vacation rental management experience, Ellie brings depth, perspective, and steady leadership to a space that often prioritizes scale over care.

Before co-founding BeaconHaus, Ellie built and operated HomeSlice Stays, a boutique vacation rental management company that shaped her approach to systems, standards, and owner advocacy. Managing real homes, real guests, and real owner expectations over many years gave her a clear understanding of what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to sustainable vacation rental ownership.
